杨利周、字槎城、号东江居士，1962 年生于广东省河源市柳城镇，大专学历。书法作品曾多次在全国展赛中获奖。现为中国书画家协会会员、中国国际艺术家协会长期顾问、中华文化研究院院士、全国名人书画联合会委员、中国书画家协会河源联络处主任、广东省书法演讲学会理事会讲师、广东省老干部书法家协会会员、河源市老干部书法家协会理事、河源市杨家书画院院長、国家一级书法家、书法教授。

Yang Lizhou, Zichaicheng and No. Dongjiang Jushi were born in Liucheng, Heyuan City, Guangdong Province, in 1962, with a college degree. Calligraphy works have won prizes in many national exhibitions. He is a member of the Chinese Calligrapher and Painter Association, a long-term consultant of the Chinese International Artists Association, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Culture, a member of the National Celebrity Calligraphy and Painting Federation, a director of the Heyuan Liaison Office of the Chinese Calligrapher and Painter Association, a lecturer of the Council of the Guangdong Calligraphy Speech Society, a member of the Calligrapher Association of Guangdong veteran Cadre Director of Legalists Association, President of Yangjia Calligraphy and Painting College of Heyuan City, First-Class Calligrapher and Professor of Calligraphy.

杨老师从小受父亲的熏陶，酷爱书法，立志刻苦学习书法，特别是受到了启蒙老师的指教，从笔画描红开始教习魏碑字帖，潜心研究历史名家的法帖并以之为师。还研习了隶、楷、行、草书的各种技法和章法。于 1978 年参加河源县高中级书法大赛一等奖;2000 年龙年参加深圳市龙岗杯国际书法大赛入展;

Teacher Yang was influenced by his father, loved calligraphy and was determined to study it hard. Especially, he was instructed by the Enlightenment Teacher. He began to teach Wei stele inions from the point of depicting red brush strokes. He devoted himself to studying the calligraphy inions of famous historians and took them as his teachers. He also studied various techniques and rules of Li, Kai, Xing and cursive s. In 1978, he participated in the first prize of Heyuan County Senior and Secondary Calligraphy Competition; in 2000, he participated in Shenzhen Longgang Cup International Calligraphy Competition.

2002年参加粤台书法交流入展;2005 年参加中国文人书画作品邀请展二等奖;2008 年参加中国第二届草书大展入围;

2010 年参加全国第三届书法扇面金奖;2012 年参加中国作家书画展入围;2013 年参加中国诗词书画作品赛入选并加入了该协会;2014 年参加全国庐山杯书法大赛金奖并被授予优秀艺术家和当代书法名家等荣誉称号。

In 2002, he participated in the Guangdong-Taiwan Calligraphy Exchange Exhibition; in 2005, he participated in the second prize of the Chinese Literature Calligraphy and Painting Invitation Exhibition; and in 2008, he participated in the second cursive calligraphy exhibition of China.

In 2010, he participated in the 3rd National Calligraphy Fan Face Gold Prize; in 2012, he participated in the Chinese Writers'Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition; in 2013, he participated in the Chinese Poetry Calligraphy and Painting Competition and joined the Association; in 2014, he participated in the Lushan Cup Calligraphy Competition Gold Prize and was awarded the honorary titles of outstanding artists and Contemporary calligraphers.

2015 年为庆祝我国抗战胜利暨世界反法西斯战争胜利七十周年，被国家邮政部门和邮票发行中心收录十六幅书法作品，具有国家名片之誉的邮票出版发行，在我国各大博物馆都有收藏，具有划时代历史意义和无比久远的深刻意义，将永载中华民族史册和人类和平史册。

In 2015, in order to celebrate the Seventieth Anniversary of China's victory in the War of Resistance Against Japan and the victory of the World Anti-Fascist War, 16 calligraphic works were collected by the State Postal Department and the Stamp Distribution Center. Stamps with the reputation of national business cards were published and distributed. They have been collected in all major museums in China. They have epoch-making historical significance and far-reaching profound significance. It will be forever recorded in the history of the Chinese nation and the history of peace of mankind.

It has been appraised by China International Association of Calligraphic and Painting Artists as a senior calligrapher and an artist of both virtue and art. At the same time, he was elected Vice-Chairman by the Chinese Calligrapher Research Association and awarded Ambassador of Chinese Cultural Communication. Invited by the national business card in 2019, in order to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic, a stamp album and stamps based on Mr. Yang Lizhou's works were issued nationwide in the China Post Distribution Center.
